What is the Traveler’s Passport?
Your Traveler’s Passport is your ticket to Saturday’s FIC experience! After registering, you’ll receive an email with your check-in code. Pick up your printed passport when you arrive, then collect stamps as you journey through each stop of the experience.
Can our church or company register as a group?
Absolutely! We welcome group registrations for churches, businesses, and organizations. For group rates and registration assistance, call 843-767-8855 or email Sandra.sutton@t-fm.org.
What is the refund policy?
All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable. Please review your registration details carefully before completing your purchase.
Is childcare available?
Yes! Childcare will be available during Friday night’s opening experience and Sunday’s worship service. Please note that childcare will not be available for Saturday’s events.
Are there recommended hotels for out-of-town travelers?
Yes! We recommend the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Suites Charleston Airport, conveniently located near Ashley Phosphate Road in North Charleston.

What is the nearest airport?
Charleston International Airport (CHS) is the primary airport serving the Charleston, South Carolina area. Travelers flying in for FIC 2026 are encouraged to use this airport.
Will transportation be provided from the airport or hotel?
Travelers are encouraged to plan their transportation arrangements in advance. Rental cars, taxis, and ride-sharing services are available throughout the Charleston area. Additional transportation information will be shared if conference transportation becomes available.
Where will FIC 2026 take place?
FIC 2026 will take place in North Charleston, South Carolina.
