worship Team
Before a single word is preached you are already ministering. The TFC Worship Team leads our congregation into the presence of God through music, song, and a sensitivity to the Holy Spirit. As a Worship Team volunteer you’ll participate in weekly rehearsals, help select songs that align with each service, and serve as the forerunner, creating an atmosphere where people encounter God the moment they walk through our doors. If you’re a musician or vocalist with a heart for worship and a desire to lead people into His presence, this is where your gift finds purpose.
Guest
experience team
First impressions are everything and you are the first thing people see. The TFC Guest Experience Team sets the tone for every person who walks through our doors. As a Guest Experience Team volunteer you’ll greet and welcome guests, assist with seating and flow, direct people throughout the building, support offering and collection, and ensure every first time visitor feels seen, valued, and at home. If you’re warm, approachable, and love making people feel welcome, this is your calling.
Parking

Help guests start their visit with ease! Our Parking team is the first step in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone. From guiding traffic to assisting with parking, you’ll be a vital part of creating a stress-free arrival for all attendees.
children's
ministry
team
There is no greater investment than the next generation. The TFC Children’s Ministry Team creates a safe, fun, and faith filled environment for children ages 3 through 12. As a Children’s Ministry volunteer you’ll support check in and registration, prepare and teach age appropriate lessons, lead activities, and help create an experience where every child feels loved and valued. If you have a heart for kids and a passion for planting seeds of faith early, this is your calling. Please note that all Children’s Ministry volunteers are required to complete a background check prior to serving.
student ministry
team
Teenagers need more than a program. They need people. As a Student Ministry volunteer you’ll support registration, make connection calls, serve during Student Church, help organize monthly meetups, and show up consistently for young people ages 13 through 17. If you have a heart for teens and love walking alongside the next generation, this is your calling.
creative team
If you have a gift for storytelling and a passion for people this is your place. The TFC Creative Team is responsible for bringing our ministry to life online and beyond our walls. As a Creative Team volunteer you’ll support social media content creation and posting, write captions that connect and engage, assist with graphics and design, and help manage our content calendar. If you’re creative, consistent, and have a heart for reaching people where they are — we want you on this team.

If you love technology and creativity, the Production Media team is for you! Help craft unforgettable worship experiences by managing sound, lighting, video, and livestreams. You’ll ensure that the message of hope and faith is broadcast to everyone, whether in person or online.
Data Management

Be part of the behind-the-scenes crew that helps keep things running smoothly at TFC! Our Data Management team tracks important information that helps us serve the church better. Join us in using data to make an impact and keep TFC organized and efficient.
First Responders

If you’re trained in emergency response, we need you on our First Responders team! Be ready to offer immediate assistance in case of emergencies, ensuring everyone stays safe while they enjoy our services and events. Your readiness and care make all the difference.
JBM Store

Be the face of something meaningful. The JBM Store carries books, resources, and merchandise that inspire and equip people beyond the walls of the church. As a JBM Store volunteer you’ll serve customers directly before, during, and after service, assist with sales, manage inventory, and help create a welcoming store experience. If you’re personable, detail oriented, and love connecting people with resources that change their lives, this is your lane.

Integrity is the foundation of everything we do. The TFC Finance Team supports the financial operations of the ministry with accuracy, confidentiality, and excellence. As a Finance Team volunteer you’ll assist with counting, data entry, and administrative duties that keep our ministry running with integrity and accountability. If you’re detail oriented, trustworthy, and have a heart for serving behind the scenes — we’d love to connect with you.
Culinary

Do you love to serve others? Join our Culinary team and help ensure every event is flawlessly set up, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our church family. Whether it's for a special occasion or regular gatherings, your contributions will help create moments of connection and fellowship.
Facilities Team

The TFC Events Team is the heartbeat behind every experience we create, from Sunday services to special events and conferences. As an Events Team volunteer you’ll support decorating and design, vendor coordination, registration and check in, logistics, and day of execution. If you’re detail oriented, dependable, and love seeing an event come together seamlessly, we want you on this team.
